Here's an apartment for anyone who wants to escape the penthouse drama but still wants to live at 145 Hudson Street. Apartment 13B has some headline-nabbing cred of its own: it was designed by starchitect Annabelle Selldorf, and is currently set up as a 3BR, 3BA, with a two-refrigerator kitchen, a laundry room, a home theater, and wine storage, no surprise considering one of the owners runs Manhattan Wine Company. Those owners, James and Bernadette Polsky (Ed. note: no relation, unfortunately), paid $5,396,800 in 2006; now they're asking $10.5 million.
