The residents of 143 Ludlow are finally fed up with the unlicensed electrical work, building vibration, improper asbestos removal, illegal rooftop addition, and other transgressions noted in the many DOB complaints against the property. They've announced a lawsuit against developer Samy Mahfar, alleging health and safety threats and an attempt to drive out rent-stabilized tenants. (As of now, eight tenants remain.)
