Demand for the Brodsky Organization's 135 East 79th Street is so high that a sales update published in the Daily News this morning is already incorrect. The William Sofield-designed building is still unders construction, but 24 of the 29 condos are already spoken for, based solely on renderings, floorplans, and an offsite sales office that features unit finishes. Several buyers didn't even step foot in the unfinished building. Any takers for the $50 million 9,000-square-foot penthouse combo? [NYDN; previously]
