Mars Bar Replacement Jupiter 21 is Now Unwrapped

The reveals for Jupiter 21, the apartment building rising above the old Mars Bar space, have been less and less exciting, culminating in the humdrum announcement that the Mars Bar space itself would be occupied by a TD Bank. Does the actual building, now that the scaffolding and construction netting are down, do anything to redeem itself? EV Grieve has a few photos, so it's time to compare the rendering to the reality.
