This week's top dish from Eater NY, Curbed's restaurant, bar, and nightlife blog?
1) Noho: East Village hot dog stand Crif Dogs planned to use the lot on Houston left empty by the departure of Billy's Antiques, but that plan is no more. The landlord apparently wanted Crif Dogs to vacate the space in September and October, which Crif Dogs did not want to do.
2) Greenwich Village: Community Board 2 told reps from Babbo that they would need to eliminate noise and exhaust, after complaints from neighbors, before the board would renew the restaurant's permit. Never fear, Babbo diners: chef Mario Batali says the restaurant is "in progress toward peaceful resolution" with the unhappy local contingent.
3) Williamsburg: More than a year after shuttering for reservations, the Williamsburg location of Fatty 'Cue has reopened. There's a new look and a new menu.
