Any listing in this Curbed and Nicolai Ouroussoff obsession merits a few minutes of our time, and this apartment's extra quirk lies in the fact that it was designed by Thom Filicia of Queer Eye for the Straight Guy fame. If we had to choose, we'd say he did a slightly more lively job on his own place, but the new owner will surely change things around, anyway.
