Tenth Floor of Tribeca's One York Hits Market for $22 Million

New, 7 comments

After selling off its entire 11th floor last year for $19.5 million, Enrique Norten-designed One York has apparently decided that full-floor units are the way to go and is now offering the entire 10th floor (currently three separate units) for $22 million. Architect/interior designer Thomas Juul-Hansen, of One57 fame, has already been commissioned for the redesign and a potential buyer would be able to work closely with him to build the apartment of his or her dreams—as the listing puts it, "Whatever your desire for the layout and design, together you will bring that vision to life." Or a potential buyer could just stay out of Thomas Juul-Hansen's way because he is Thomas Juul-Hansen and who are you to tell him how to design a 5,000-square-foot, glass-wrapped Tribeca condo? Nobody, that's who. Why don't you go play in the outdoor heated pool and let the Thomas Juul-Hansens work here?
