Karl Fischer's Landmark Park Slope Facade Revealed

New, 3 comments

Brownstoner has some pictures of Karl Fischer's new contribution to Brooklyn, the oddly named Landmark Park Slope, which, at long last, has unveiled its facade. That facade looks basically like the rendering that has been floating around for the past five years, which is to say...eh, whatever. Considering how long this one has been in the works (it started construction in 2008, stalled out, and was purchased by the Naftali Group, who saw it through to completion, last year), it's kind of just a relief—although not exactly a pleasure—to see it finally finished. No word yet on the teaser site about when the building's 104 rental units will go on the market.
