1) NYC: This week is Burger Week, and our friends at Eater chatted with chefs and experts about the burgers they miss the most, searched for the best restaurants for fries, and announced that Shake Shack will be expanding to Las Vegas.
2) Chelsea: Williamsburg barbecue establishment BrisketTown is expanding to the High Line, sorta. Instead of brisket, SmokeLine will offer, sandwiches, pies, and housemade soft drinks.
3) UWS/UES: Is Doughnut Plant on the hunt for some more real estate uptown? So rumor has it. Perhaps a space as big as 1,000 square feet on the Upper East or Upper West Side.
