We've been waiting for the listings of the new condos at 160 East 22nd Street to hit the market, and when a press release from Toll Brothers hit our inbox stating that sales had launched, we thought the day had finally come. But alas, it has not. It seems that Toll Brothers is taking the quiet marketing approach with this one, releasing only floorplans and a range of pricing. The sustainably-developed condo has 81 units, and it's expected to receive LEED certification. Home range from 575-square-foot studios to 1,800-square-foot three-bedrooms that are priced from "the mid $800,000s to more than $5 million," and 25 percent of the condos have already sold. Some new 3D renderings were also unveiled, which we put in the beginning of the gallery above.
