The Greenpoint Landing ball is about start rolling. The city expects to start the Uniform Land Use Review Process this summer, which is the first step toward reality for the 5,000-unit, 10-tower megaproject that the Park Towers Group has proposed for 22 acres of North Brooklyn waterfront.
