Horace Bullard, owner of some prime Coney Island real estate, recently passed away, and now people are curious about what will happen to his properties, which he willed to his daughter. The Surf Avenue sites include the Shore Theater, the Thunderbolt rollercoaster stood, and the Playland Arcade lots. All three are still on the market?$12M for the theater and $90M for the other two?but Bullard's daughter indicated she may want to honor her father's plan to recreate Steeplechase Park.
