The listing for this week's Pricespotter says the square footage is 600, but quite a few commenters did not believe that to be a truthful number. Even so, that did not hinder the property from finding a buyer. It was listed for $625,000, and after just seven days on the market, the apartment has been spoken for. It's located at 50 King Street, a 57-unit co-op that was built in 1959. Asking price guesses ranged from $475,000 to $809,000, but most hovered around the high 600s. Heartless Bastard was the first commenter to name the correct price, but it was his second guess, so does it still count?
