One Sutton Place North's sister tower is all grown up. The tower at Two Sutton Place North recently topped out, reaching its full 43-story height. It now just awaits its glassy black facade. New York YIMBY notes it's a little odd that the facade work has yet to begin, seeing as the tower topped out a few weeks ago. The future residents will have unobstructed views of the East River (can't say the same anymore for the people in the first tower), and riders of the Roosevelt Island Tram will have unobstructed view into their homes.
