In what is quickly becoming a familiar story, a late-19th century Clinton Hill brownstone spent an entire two weeks on the market before it was snatched up for $2.6 million, 17 percent more than its $2.225 million asking price. The 4,250-square-foot, two-family home was purchased by the sellers for $1.3 million in 2006, so that worked out pretty well for them. Here's the listing, if you want to see how far $2.6 million goes in Clinton Hill these days. [ACRIS, Streeteasy]
