Welcome back to The Brokerbabble Glossary, where we take a word or a turn of phrase that seems to show up in an unreasonable number of listings and decipher its true meaning. If you have any ideas for us, send them to the tipline. Today's word: Unique.
Brokers seem to have a pretty vague understanding what the word "unique" means, in that they think that it (much like, well, every other adjective in the English language) is interchangeable with "good." If anyone has any idea what "Barbie's Dream Kitchen" is supposed to mean here, please let us know in the comments section.
Don't miss it! If you miss this apartment, you may well never see another like i—oh, wait, there's one. And there's another. And another. Never mind.
