Neighborhood Beefs

New, 5 comments

It's been eight years since the city rezoned the North Brooklyn waterfront, and neighborhood residents are still waiting on their promised Bushwick Inlet Park. The city only owns two of the six sites planned for the park, and they only have enough money to buy one of the remaining four. "That's the only model the city seems to recognize as a viable way to build park space." [Brooklyn Paper; previously]
