Silverstone Properties picked up a block of buildings on Clinton Hill's Myrtle Avenue last December, and it looks like the developer plans to build a retail and residential complex. The retailers currently on the site, which stretches from Hall Street to Grand Avenue, include an Associated Supermarket. The Associated is closing this week, but will return bigger and better when construction on the project is complete. No word on the new building's size, but zoning allows for eight stories. [DNAinfo]
