It's been more than two years since LCOR, Inc. picked up the sprawling lot at 250 North 10th Street, and the massive rental building is finally rising from the ground. Browntstoner snapped some photos, noting that the building wraps around a block and a half of the street. Designed by SLCE Architects, the 234-unit building will offer studios through two-bedrooms and a slew of standard luxe rental amenities: a rooftop terrace, landscaped courtyard, lobby loung with a coffee bar, entertainment lounge, as well as a 117-space parking garage.
