The old Metro Theater on Broadway was a sad, sad place destined for the doldrums of retail... until Alamo Drafthouse decided to buy it and show movies there once again?as well as serve up its famous full roster of food and booze. Optimistically, Alamo has already come out with a menu (52 beers strong) for the three planned New York locations, which include Yonkers and Downtown Brooklyn, and they're known for offering special meals themed around the films being screened.
