FLATIRON DISTRICT?Madison Square Park welcomed some colorful new artwork this week, courtesy of artist Orly Genger. On view through September 8, the work consists of three wavy walls constructed from 1.4 million-square-feet of nautical rope and dyed with 3,000 gallons of red, yellow, and blue paint.
