PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from an apartment listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!

What/Where: 1BR/1BA co-op in Manhattan Valley
Square feet: 800
Common charges: $410
The Skinny: You know what they say?location, location, location?and this one-bedroom, one-bath certainly has that. It's situated in the Manhattan Valley neighborhood of the Upper West Side, just half a block from Central Park. The unit itself isn't bad, although it does look to be lacking in natural light and the kitchen is quite small. That said, it has some nice design touches, like built-in shelving, hardwood floors, pressed tin ceilings, and exposed brick walls. It also has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a basement storage locker. It's a non-doorman walk-up building (this unit is located two flights up) with a video intercom. How much do you think the seller is asking?
