This duplex penthouse in white glove 1926 co-op building 1088 Park Avenue was listed for $8 million in 2005, but apparently never found a buyer. Its owners may be glad it didn't, though, as the high-end real estate market has since exploded and the 5BR/4.5BA pad has now made its way back onto the market for $13.9 million. The interiors are very Park Avenue, with a lot of gold wallpaper and fireplaces in both the living room and library, but its the 1,500-square-foot triple-exposure terrace that really impresses. The lack of kitchen or bathroom pictures could be taken as an ominous sign, however.
