DUMBO?With approval from the Landmarks Commission under their belt, Alloy Development is moving forward with its plans for five Dumbo townhouses on Pearl Street. They released a bonanza of new renderings, posted in the gallery above, as well as floorplans for all of the houses, which you can find on the official website. GREENPOINT?The 10-unit condo building 145 McGuinness just launched on May 9th, and it's off to a strong start. Reps for aptsandlofts.com send word that half of the units have already been taken.
