The slow unveiling of Renwick Modern?the Philip Johnson- and Alan Ritchie Architects-designed building that rose from the ashes of a troubled boom-time project, No. 22 Renwick?continues with (dun dun dun) the release of penthouse renderings. BuzzBuzzHome spotted the images, which are described in some detail on the building's official site. There are three full-floor penthouses, each "nested within their own setbacks" for extra outdoor space. The kitchens have the most drool-worthy fixtures: terrazzo flooring, Carrara marble counters, and Cognac leather-clad cabinets for a "lush visual counterpoint." One of the penthouses, PH3, is on the market for $4.12 million, and we've collected the renderings and the few available building floorplans in the gallery above.
