Two townhouses in Upper Manhattan are heading to auction on June 19. The first is an early 20th century brownstone at 374 West 119th Street that will have a minimum bid of $1.5 million. It's a sizable five-story building (9,630-square-feet), and it requires a gut-reno thanks to extensive water damage and vandalism. The second house is further north, located at 419 West 145th Street. The minimum bid is just $385,000. The four-story rowhouse has 4,000-square-feet above grade, and an additional 1,018-square-feet in the sub-cellar. [Malcom Carter]
