The penthouse in 55 Warren Street isn't Tribeca's first ultra-modern penthouse to suffer a series of price reductions—its not even the first one on its street. The 6,000-square-foot, 4BR duplex, which features an 80-color light show and a 1,300-square-foot roof deck, was first put on the market in 2011 for $16.5 million and subsequently chopped down to the $11.995 million after failing to find a buyer. Now it's back for $14 million, which is sort of like a compromise if you don't think about it too hard. Monthly costs still total $11,196.
