Everybody wants in on the booming Brooklyn townhouse market. Existing houses keep selling like hotcakes, and three new townhouse developments have been revealed within the last few months. Now another joins the group. Creatively named the Townhouses of Cobble Hill, this collection of nine homes will rise at 110-126 Congress Street. The houses vary in size from three-bedrooms to five-bedrooms; all have five bathrooms and some have private parking. Sales officially launch tomorrow, and currently, the listings for three houses are live.

Of the three active listings, the cheapest is 112 Congress Street (floorplan above). It's a 3,462-square-foot three-bedroom with a small yard and 509-square-foot rooftop terrace, and the asking price is $3.65 million.

The other two active listings are very similar in size, and both are priced at $3.875 million. They each have five-bedrooms in 4,122-square-feet of interior space, plus rooftop terraces and backyards. The floorplans for 120 Congress Street are above, and those for 122 Congress are below.

All units have wide plank floors, landscaped yards with ipe fencing, gas fireplaces, and laundry rooms. Bathrooms have Calcatta marble countertops and handmade subway tile walls, as well as steam showers and soaking tubs. Kitchens have wine coolers, Sub-Zero fridges, microwave drawers, and Italian cabinetry.
