Rent Like a Real Housewife for $20,000 In the Police Building

New, 2 comments

Despite not having found a new place to call home, a former Real Housewife of New York is leaving her three-bedroom, three-bathroom home in the Police Building. According to the Post, Kelly Bensimon, a housewife on seasons two through four, is on the move again. The Little Italy apartment rents for $20,000/month, and it's owned by Bensimon's ex-husband, which had to be an awkward landlord-tenant relationship. The place has 17-foot ceilings and a second-floor master suite. Last summer, Bensimon sold her Hamptons estate for more than 50 percent less than her original asking price, and since then, she's been hunting for a place in the city. In February, she checked out a Hudson Square townhouse, but the Post says she's still shopping around.

Sadly, the best floorplan we could find for the place is the one above. It was either this cropped version or one that was completely illegible.
