The asking price for this unit is $599,000. Quite a few commenters took issue with the skinny layout and small kitchen, but still about half the guesses were above the asking price. The building is an eight unit co-op located at 17 West 100th Street just a half a block from Central Park, and this same apartment sold back in April 2008 for $549,000.
