The five townhouses coming to Pacific Street in Boerum Hill are going to have some competition in the form of four more townhouses, courtesy of H Holding Group, coming to 449-453 Degraw Street (less than a mile south). A sign posted on the current vacant lot's fence includes renderings, which show that the identical townhouses will feature cornices, stoops, and four stories of bay windows. City records show that the development company purchased the lot in December for $2.675 million.
