It's official: Long Island City's 45-45 Center Boulevard, the latest tower in the East Coast megadevelopment, is on the market. We've already looked at a handful of floorplans, and now reps have sent along a rendering of the building's fun-looking amenity deck. Among the features to be found there: "a real sand beach volleyball court,", a reflecting pool, a dog run, a sun deck, and two tennis courts. According to the listings online, studios start at $2,155/month right now and go up to $2,430/month, 1BRs start at $2,955/month and go up to $3,280/month, 2BRs start at $3,875/month and go up to $5,095/month, and 3BRs start at $5,390/month and go up to $5,580/month.
