Just as the National Arts Club moves on from the hoarder struggles of years past with a new president, a city housing court has ruled to evict the old one, the ever-controversial O. Aldon James. A judge ruled that James, his twin brother John James, and their friend Steven Leitner have until July 31 to vacate their apartments at the club. They do, of course, plan to appeal the decision.
