Where/What: 2BR/1.5BA co-op in the middle of the Upper East Side
Square feet: 500+
Maintenance/CC: $1,361
The Skinny: This two-bedroom duplex is located on the top floors of a small walk-up co-op building on the Upper East Side, pretty much in the middle of the neighborhood. It has a lot to like?a wood-burning fireplace surrounded by exposed brick, 29-foot-long rooftop terrace, a balcony off the living room?but the layout is a bit odd. The full bathroom is located immediately inside the door, and the terrace is only accessible through what would presumably be the master bedroom, which also has the half bath and washer/dryer. The recently-renovated kitchen has a large L-shaped peninsula, offering plenty of counter space and cabinet storage, and there are hardwood floors throughout. How much do you think the seller is asking?
There's no exact square footage listed, but the brokerbabble says it's more than 500-square-feet (there are room dimensions on the floorplan, so you can do your own calculations if that's your thing).
