New Signage Pops Up Everywhere: 7 Harrison; Fulton Center!

New, 2 comments

TRIBECA ?The signage has just gone up at 7 Harrison Street, the former warehouse and soon to be 12-unit condo building by architect Steven Harris. Set to be finished in 2014, Seven Harrison's conversion design includes three- and four-bedroom units, including one townhouse with a private garden. That townhouse, it turns out, will also have a private entrance onto Staple Street, a historic, narrow two-block stretch defined by its elevated walkway that looks better suited to Venice than downtown Manhattan. FINANCIAL DISTRICT ?Ladies and gentlemen, after years and years of waiting, we have signage at the Fulton Street transit hub! It's official-looking, black and shiny, and lists all of the subway lines. Well, all right, maybe it's not that exciting, but when you've been following the construction updates for years, every bit of progress is like a tiny little present. [CurbedWire Inbox; previously]
