The words "convertible 2," when referring to the number of bedrooms in a listing, can be off-putting?but apartment 6B at 85 Stanton Street doesn't look so bad. A few downsides: the second bedroom, aka the bedroom/study shown on the floorplan, is tiny, and the building is a walk-up. But there's a good-sized kitchen (even if an "eat-in kitchen counter" isn't really a thing), a washer/dryer, and a private roof deck, too.
