The lawsuit over the $5.8 million in interest payments to former buyers at Extell's Upper West Side Rushmore condo turns out to be the most quickly settled lawsuit of the whole saga. Extell does indeed owe its 40 ex-buyers the interest on their deposits, a judge ruled yesterday.
