St. John's University has found a buyer for their 10-story dorm building at 101 Murray Street between West and Greenwich Streets, and they're getting the $200+ million they wanted for it. The buyers are not, as previously suspected, Edward Minskoff, and are instead a group headed by Steven Witkoff (formerly of Pier 57 fame) and Fisher Brothers. They plan to tear down the dorms and construct condominiums. [NYP; previously]
