$4M Fort Greene Brownstone with Original Details, and More

New, 1 comment

Welcome to the Brooklyn Townhouse Roundup, where we—you guessed it—take a look at the most notable Brooklyn townhouses to hit the market over the past week. Got tips? Send 'em here.

? This week wasn't much for Brooklyn townhouse listings, but there were still, as always, a few that popped up here and there, including this five-story multi-family brownstone in Fort Greene. It is replete with original details, and contains an apartment on each of the upper three floors and an owner's duplex on the lower two. It's asking $3.999 million.

? In Carroll Gardens, a 20-foot-wide, four-story house is available for $3.5 million in a restricted sale (although to whom the sale is restricted is not specified). It's got a few original details, but isn't much to look at overall.

? And in Clinton Hill, a newly constructed house was built to imitate an original carriage house that was converted into a townhouse, and is asking a hefty $4.875 million. There's the classic arched window situated above the huge carriage doors, which allows for a very sunny living room, as well as a finished basement.
