DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN?Garrison Architects and American Manufactured Structures and Services are bringing a prefab prototype for disaster relief housing to Downtown Brooklyn this summer, and reps sent along a few more renderings. The first two images show what the three-story, three-unit prototype will look like on the Cadman Plaza lot, while the third image shows the system "in mass," as it would be if actually deployed in an urban environment. The final rendering shows the apartment interior. The prototype is being built next to the Office of Emergency Management on Cadman Plaza in Downtown Brooklyn, and it will be ready for its human lab rats this fall. [CurbedWire Inbox; previously]

KIPS BAY?After three months on the market, 132 East 30th Street is 65 percent sold. The 10-unit condo building has just two three-bedroom units left. One is a third floor unit asking $1.995 million for 1,601-square-feet and a 105-square-foot balcony, while the other is a 1,620-square-foot unit on the second floor listed for $1.95 million.
