StreetEasy Adds Citi Bike Locations; 515 East 72nd Sales Check

THE INTERNET?While some people loathe the idea of Citi Bike station near their building, many New Yorkers may start seeing this as an amenity. As such, listing search website StreetEasy has added a Citi Bike layer to all of their New York City maps. The feature shows the locations of the bike share docks on the same map as listings, so bike-loving buyers and renters can be sure to find a place with Citi Bikes near by. The above screenshot shows part of Tribeca; the numbers indicate how many listings are available at that point on the map and the docking stations are pictured as little bikes. StreetEasy also added the feature for bike shares in Florida and Washington, D.C. [CurbedWire Inbox; official]

UPPER EAST SIDE&151;The spa-condo building at 515 East 72nd Street seems to have put its troubles solidly in the past. The building was one of the top 10 best-selling buildings of the first quarter, which brings the condo to 80 percent sold. In 2011, the Witkoff Group and Westbrook Partners brought the building back from the brink by buying up some its debt, and since then, they've worked to remake the building's public image, which was tainted by broken promises. FINANCIAL DISTRICT?Earlier today, we got a peek at the Fulton Center's new signage on the restored Corbin Building, but it seems that it wasn't ready to show its face. A tipster sent the above photo, showing that the signs are now covered. Why so shy, Fulton Center? [CurbedWire Inbox; previously]
