Hedge fund manager Alphonse Fletcher Jr. is still tussling with the co-op board at the Dakota over discrimination allegations, and the latest twist in the case has to do with a donation Fletcher planned to make to Harvard. Fletcher had promised the school $4.5 million but never delivered; he now claims the gift was "non-binding."
