People living over near the Lincoln Tunnel wanted to turn three Port Authority-owned lanes of Dyer Avenue between 34th and 35th Streets into a pocket park, but those plans are now on hold. However, a sliver of the space has successfully been greened. Where motorcycles once park, there are now tables, chairs, planters, and green pavers that look like real grass if you squint.
