Tribeca's Franklin Place Officially Back, With Renderings

New, 12 comments

The sales office for unarrested development Franklin Place?formerly known as 5 Franklin Place?opened its Tribeca sales office at the end of April, but the project is no longer showing itself only to walk-ins. Ten listings for the building hit StreetEasy yesterday, which means?yesssss?renderings galore. (Or at least more than we've ever had before today.) We've collected 'em in the gallery above.

UPDATE: The interiors were designed by Andres Escobar & Associates. Curbed apologizes for the omission.

The 10 current listings range in price from $950,000 for a studio to $7.5 million for a four-bedroom. (The two penthouses listed so far are actually less expensive than that 4BR.) Here's the full rundown:

Here's what the brokerbabble has to say about design and amenities:

Every home is inclusive of an open chefs kitchen that is well thought out for every day living and entertaining. The kitchen's include Poggenpohl cabinetry, an integrated Subzero refrigerator and Bosch stove, range and dishwasher. Every residence offers luxurious, spacious bathrooms with hand-laid imported marble and 5 inch plank oak hardwood floors throughout.

The building amenities will include: full time concierge/doorman, parking, live-in super, landscaped roof deck with pool & cabanas, state-of-the-art gym, children's playroom, private storage spaces and separate bicycle storage.

The building has been designed by ODA, after several discarded efforts by other architects.
