Candela-Designed 47 Plaza Street Penthouse Wants $5 Million

New, 7 comments

Could this be Brooklyn's best co-op unit? Giving the newly-listed $4.5 million Emory Roth-designed duplex at 35 Prospect Park West a run for its money, the penthouse in 47 Plaza Street West just hit the market for the first time since its original owners purchased it, asking $4.99 million. Unfortunately, there's no floor plan to display the quirky, triangular layout that's customary of units in the flat iron Rosario Candela-designed white glove co-op building, but there are a bunch of interior pics that display the 3BR/3.5BA apartment's remodeled kitchen and prewar details, and a few of the Grand Army Plaza views available from the 1,000+ square feet of wraparound terraces.
