The Upper West Side's Collegiate School, the oldest independent school in the country, is selling its campus at 260 West 78th Street to the neighboring Reformed Protestant Dutch Church and building a new, larger campus at West 62nd Street and West End Avenue. The sale is for $97 million, which is the same amount that the Extell Corporation offered last year, and needs to be approved by the Manhattan Supreme Court before it becomes final. The new campus will cost $118 million. [NYDN]
