How Much for a 1BR With a Big Patio In Greenwich Village?

New, 26 comments

PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from an apartment listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!

What/Where: A 1BR/1BA condo in north Greenwich Village
Square Feet: 690 interior, 750 exterior
Maintenance/CC: $660
The Skinny: This unit is located in a building at the northern end of Greenwich Village, not far from Union Square. It's on a lower floor, which allows it to have a huge 750-square-foot patio that's just a few steps down from a small terrace. Inside, the kitchen has been recently renovated with new cabinets and appliances, and the bathroom was outfitted with new fixtures and tiling. The hardwood floors have been refinished, and the bedroom has a walk-in closet. Both the living room and bedroom look out onto the terrace. The building has a common roofdeck, doorman, and laundry room. How much do you think the seller is asking?

Unfortunately, the listing does not include a floorplan, but the floorplan below is for the unit above this one. And judging by the listing photos, the layout seems similar, except, of course, this floorplan lacks the terrace and patio.
