It's located at 44 East 12th Street, which has medical offices on the street level. Despite the apartment's unusually large outdoor space, more than half of guesses came in a couple hundred-thousand dollars below the $1.175 million asking price. Only one anonymous commenter named the correct price. For those clicking through to the listing, don't be scared off by the $5,612 tax bill?that is the annual amount, not monthly.
