Park Slope Townhouse Promises to Redefine Luxury Design

New, 9 comments

Prepare to have your minds blown, Brooklyn. At least if the brokerbabble for 27 Lincoln Place is to be believed. The townhouse is the "Brooklyn Home Company's most opulent townhouse renovation which will forever redefine luxury townhouse design in Brooklyn," says the brokerbabble in question. For the moment, though, it's still a work-in-progress. On-side visits are "not yet possible," says the listing, and the images and floorplans are viewable by appointment only. All the public listing supplies is the image above. The space is divided into an owner's quadplex and a separate studio on the garden level. The price? $3.8 million.

About the layout once the place is finished, the brokerbabble says this:

A double height entertaining room with a floor to ceiling glass curtain wall at the rear of the house graces the garden and parlor levels allowing an abundance of light into the space. Boasting a unique 107' lot, this almost 60' deep home enjoys a 43' deep rear garden with Bluestone pavers. Beginning with a totally new Brownstone facade, the renovation includes multi-zoned CAC/Heat, Chef's Kitchen with Wolf Range and Microwave Drawer, Subzero Refrigerator, and 2" Honed Carrera Marble Countertops. The master suite features a private terrace, dressing room and master bath complete with Grohe shower and Signature Hardware Soaking tub. Additional features include 3 1/4" white oak floors with a Herringbone Design in the living and dining rooms on the parlor floor. It certainly sounds nice enough.
