Landmark Park Slope Will Offer 'Hotel Style Amenities'

New, 16 comments

Karl Fischer's Landmark Park Slope—already being hailed as "not the worst thing Karl Fischer has ever done"—will open in August, with rents starting at $2,100 for a studio, $2,800 for a 1BR and $3,700 for a 2BR, according to a statement from developer Naftali Group (who took over the project from Isaac Katan) and marketer aptsandlofts. In addition, the building will offer "hotel style amenities," including a full-time doorman, a roof deck with a grill and cabanas, and concierge service, which will be free for the first year. "It's great to pick up the phone and call and say, 'Can you send a dog walker to walk my dog so I can stay in the city?'" said aptsandlofts president Dave Maundrell. "It's a nice little perk."
